口語考點(diǎn)速遞
Task 1:Which of the following technological developments have made the greatest impact on students’ lives?
1. electronic books
2. online classes
3. smartphones
From my perspective, I would say that smartphones have definitely made the greatest impact on students’ lives. It made the communication much easier between you and classmates. With all those amazing social media apps that are only available if you have a smartphone, me and my friends can constantly share thoughts with each other after the class, you know, the latest sports game, our favorite actor in the new movie, and for a small part of the day, how desperate we are with our homework. And for the second reason, I think smartphones provide new ways for us to study. For example, when I was in high school, I used to listen to the BBC radio while watching the transcript of the show on my smartphone. And that has greatly improved both of my listening skill and my writing skill.
Task 2:Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
One of the best ways to learn about a country’s culture is through watching television shows in that country.
I’m quite agree with the statement that watching television shows is one of the best ways to learn about a country’s culture. We all know that television always highlight the theme in every program, that means if we can find a documentary that focus on the country’s culture, it can give us a full-understanding of it, you know, the origin, the story behind it, more comprehensive knowledge about what the country’s history is, without us having to gather information form different sources by ourselves. And for another reason, we can watch news to learn about a country’s culture. Because these are the real stories that happen in the country everyday, so you get a better idea about the environment in real time. That can help you better understand the country’s current trend.
獨(dú)立寫作考情分析
1.考題速遞
University students are often encouraged to study fields in which significant job growth (a large increase in job opportunities) is expected; these fields currently include science, technology, engineering, and math, do you believe students should consider studying fields related to these subjects even if they are more interested in other subjects? Why or why not?
(1)Job opportunities(STEM) 的好:就業(yè)前景好,前途與錢途,應(yīng)用性強(qiáng)等;
(2)More interested in 的好:學(xué)習(xí)熱情高參與度高,結(jié)合興趣更擅長(zhǎng),工作生活更快樂等;
(3)University students的特點(diǎn):時(shí)間利用率高,可選機(jī)會(huì)多,課余時(shí)間多,學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境好;
(1)Prefer A ( studying fields related to STEM subjects )
①With the technological advancements continuing to reshape social development, people with STEM education background are likely to be in increasing demand as they seek a job.
②Universities make a palpable encouragement on STEM, which offers students majoring in STEM an obviously abundant educational resources.
③The highest-paying jobs require knowledge in STEM, which is fortunately what university students have easier access to.
(2)Prefer B ( studying fields related to students’ interests )
①Popular as STEM is; however, some students don't share the same enthusiasm in stem education as devoting to what they prefer.
②Only in what they love can men be truly happy. That takes much more than just a high-paying job to be fulfilled.
③Interests are what students are willing to spare no efforts to take an active role in, and what they have found they are endowed with, which means that students are capable of handling what they chose satisfactorily and successfully.
