　　中新網深圳3月17日電 (鄭小紅 鐘超)據深圳海關17日通報，該關近日在深圳灣口岸物流出境渠道查獲同一公司連續兩宗出口申報不實涉嫌虛假貿易案，查獲無存儲容量的“U盤”15480個。



　　目前，該批貨物由于申報不實，企業涉嫌以商品“以假充真”、“以次充好”方式從事虛假貿易或騙取出口退稅，已移送緝私部門進一步調查處理。



　　據介紹，2月22日，某有限公司以一般貿易方式向深圳海關隸屬深圳灣海關申報出口“64GB移動存儲器”3860個、“128GB移動存儲器”6420個，共計10280個，申報貨值總價239204美元(約156萬元人民幣)。當日17時，該公司承運貨物車輛經過深圳灣口岸貨運出境車道時，被海關查驗。經查驗，該批商品為卡片式“U盤”，出口數量與申報相符，商品無任何品牌且外包裝只有一層塑料膜，做工質量明顯與約150元人民幣的申報單價不符。并且標識為“64GB”與“128GB”二者的存儲介質竟沒有明顯區別，連接電腦也無法識別具體容量。為進一步確認商品真偽，現場海關關員決定暫扣該批商品，并取樣送檢驗機構鑒定。



　　2月23日，該公司又以一般貿易方式向深圳灣海關申報出口移動存儲器5200個，申報貨值總價128830美元(約84萬元人民幣)。經查驗，商品特征與前一日該公司出口商品完全一致，遂一并查扣。



　　3月15日，經質量檢驗部門鑒定，該公司申報出口的“64GB與128GB移動存儲器”實測存儲容量均為“0MB”，不具備商業使用價值。



　　深圳海關表示，打擊申報不實以及虛假貿易是海關促進對外貿易持續健康發展的重要舉措。今年海關總署啟動的“**利劍2016”專項行動，將對進口走私、出口申報不實等案件嚴厲打擊，切實營造良好的營商環境。
