進口電動對夾式蝶閥采用中線彈性橡膠密封，彈性閥座配高精度蝶板確保零泄漏，閥桿底、中、上部配有襯套，用于支撐和旋轉滑動，保特最小磨擦力 The imported electric center line soft seal butterfly valve (wafer, flange) adopts the center line elastic rubber seal, the elastic valve seat is equipped with high-precision butterfly plate to ensure zero leakage, and the bottom, middle and upper parts of the valve rod are equipped with bushings for support and rotary sliding, and the minimum friction force is guaranteed
進口電動對夾式蝶閥設計特色 Design features
1、蝶板的回轉中心(即閥桿的中心)位于閥體的中心線和蝶板的密封面截面上 The rotating center of the butterfly plate (i.e. the center of the valve stem) is located on the center line of the valve body and the section of the sealing surface of the butterfly plate
2、小巧輕便，容易拆裝及維修，操作扭矩小，90°回轉開啟迅速，并可在任意位置安裝 Small and light, easy to disassemble and repair, small operating torque, 90 ° rotation and quick opening, and can be installed at any position
3、流量特性趨直線，調節性能好。蝶板與閥桿的連接采用無銷釘結構，克服了有可能的內泄漏點 The flow characteristics tend to be straight, and the regulation performance is good. The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve rod adopts a pinless structure, which overcomes possible internal leakage points
4、蝶板外圓采用球面造型，提高了密封性能及延長了閥門的使用壽命，帶壓啟閉5萬次以上仍保持零泄漏 The outer circle of the butterfly plate adopts spherical shape, which improves the sealing performance and prolongs the service life of the valve, and keeps zero leakage after opening and closing under pressure for more than 50000 times
